Now while I do like Vera Bradley, I am not as big a fan as some people I know. I only have two Vera purses (one of which is a diaper bag) and I haven’t really fallen in love with a design since Java Blue came out about 4 years ago. And while this new fall design definitely caught my eye, it didn’t make my heart skip a beat.
But then, I got the new spring catalog.
And I saw this new color:
Another thing to add to my wish list!

I actually said almost EXACTLY that the other day – that I haven’t been THIS excited about a Vera color since Java Blue. I’m actually crossing my fingers that when we have kids (no, I’m not pregnant) I have a girl first (I’ve always wanted a boy first) so that I can do these colors in the nursery!
i love vera! i don’t buy it anymore unfortunately (but I never turn down a gift). I used to work at a Hallmark who sold Vera, and SO MUCH if my paycheck went to those beautiful purses. And I never feel right having just a purse if my wallet doesn’t match
geez i sound spoiled – but i’m completely the opposite!
honestly – they hit a HOME RUN this spring!!! i saw them in person the other day and they are even NICER! bummer my birthday isnt until september. BOO!
thats funny… i dont think that your purse and wallet needing to match seems strange or unusual or high-maintenance AT ALL
I have a bit of a Vera obsession…I seem to collect the bags! But I have to agree…the spring patterns are amazing! Too bad its not in my budget and I’m stuck with my patterns that are “so last year”! But I do have a birthday in July…
