Colin probably has – at best – a 15 word vocabulary. Words include:

"Cee-Cee" = Gracie
"Eee-Eee" = Ellie
"Uh-huh" = yes
"La-la" = Elmo/Sesame Street
"Ball" = ball
"Boo" = book
"Doww" = down
"Woof-woof" = dog
"Meeeeew" = cat
His newest word: "Bum." As in butt. Boy knows 15 words and one is butt.
And he laughs when he says it. Boys.
(He does say "Jee-Jee" which means Jesus, so do you think that cancels out bum?)

My poor kid thought Jesus was a swear word for about a year because he picked up saying “J__ C__” from his cousin every time he dropped something.
Try straightening out that in a 2 year old’s brain!!
I think Jee-Jee is smiling too when he is saying bum.
I’m trying to teach Aubryn Jesus but haven’t been able to yet. I am proud to say that she can say “poop” though. I discovered that last night when my parents’ dog went in the house and Aubryn announced it to everyone. Not sure where she learned it though since it’s not a word that we use…. Look on the bright side, there are worse words for bum that he could use
