Well, not really. We're going out of town for my brother-in-law's graduation from Police Academy in the am, then his party in the early pm, then up to pick my baby sis up from the Philly airport in the late pm. (I have optimistically packed my purse with a stash of lollipops to keep Colin quiet during the graduation. But most likely, I'll be standing in the hallway the whole time while Colin runs around refusing to be quiet or sit still for longer than 10 seconds.)
And this is a "day off." Maybe this is why we're so tired all the time.

Not sick and wanting to sleep…that’s how I felt when I was pregnant!
I’m cleaning house today…anywhere with my husband having uniterrupted conversations sounds nice…really nice!
I wish that I were somewhere sunny and warm with a lounge chair that I don’t have to share with a little person. And maybe a margarita too (hey, it’s my fantasy – I’m allowed to have alcohol in my fantasy). But, I have Aubryn’s Halloween parade at school this afternoon and I certainly wouldn’t trade that!
Sleeping! I want sleep! So tired still, but getting better.
I want the rain to stop so I can work in my yard and get the kids out of my house!!
Girl. You’re fighting something. Get some serious REST this weekend. That’s an ORDER.

sleeping….. what a novel way to spend free time
you need to have julia over some afternoon while the girls are at school…she can play with colin while you get a nap. wednesdays work well for us.
