crying for no reason

Exhausted.
Stressed out.
Overwhelmed.
PMS-y.
Cranky, tired kids.
Exhausted. Exhausted. Exhausted.

You're walking through the grocery store at 8 o'clock at night, because you are out of bread, milk, eggs and bananas again

And then you realize you're actually crying. Right there in the middle of the grocery store. For no reason in particular.

That's when I learned that some days you need to just to go to bed. And try again tomorrow. What did you learn this week?

I think that was definitely a sign to go to bed!

I’ve just learned that my sister is very unhappy in her 18+ year marriage. She’s changed, he hasn’t, it’s terribly sad. Some days you just need to go back to bed, or get together with your girlies. Hope you get some rest.

girly, too bad you weren’t at the Redners in Phoenixville last night, you would have run into me at that time (only we were out of much more than milk & bread …). I would’ve given you a hug. I’m there with ya girl.

That was me last night…although in the comfort of my own home.
Sometimes life just really gets to you.
But it’s nothing a good cry won’t fix.
Hope this evening is looking better for you.

Hoping a new day is a better day for you. I’ve been there myself. Sometimes the tears just need to flow.

It does get better and I agree, sometimes tear do need to just flow. I hate when it happens in the car and you can’t see where you are driving and you wonder if people can see you . . .
Now you need a good laugh. Go watch a fun girly movie. Laughter is always heartiest after a good cry!

I have had nights like that, last week actually. It takes it toll after a while.
I hope you got some much needed rest and decompression time.
    Hugs!
