You are so very right. I always think that way…even when half the pan is gone. lol
Same with the chocolate bar I keep in my pantry basement and eat one square at a time…secretly…in the basement…
Nor do they count if you eat them standing at the counter hunched over the 9×13 pan!
same goes for broken cookie pieces — doesn’t count.
or if you’re just evening out the edge- doesn’t count!
