ugh.

I took a nice, long nap on Saturday. And woke up with the stomach bug. Or food poisoning. Whatever it was, it was the worst stomach-thingy I’ve ever had. Because I like you, I will spare the details.

So Sunday was spent in bed, recovering. After going through that while nursing , I was a tad dehydrated. I don’t know if my body was just worn out and needed a day in bed or what, but it could have just asked me politely. I would have happily complied and skipped over all the sickness part.

Just like my sister-in-law, I can now say I’ve done the “lose 4 pounds in 1 day” diet. I do NOT recommend it. Even if you’re desperate. Cause I still feel like crap.

    Oh that’s awful! I had it a few weeks ago…on a plane…on a 3.5 hour flight.
    Just eat a lot of Jell-o!

    You are soooo fibbing! You absolutely would NOT have complied had your body told you that you needed to rest. Your body knows you fib, therefore, it had to shut you down:)
